1 double or 2 single beds, 2 piece with shared showers. Mens and Womens showers are centrally located.

Basic Cabin:

Kitchenette Cabin:
1 or 2 persons per/night = $110.00 + tax
1 double bed, 3 piece private shower

Use of studios are for groups only

Overnight rate: up to 4 persons = $300.00 + tax

Each additional 1 person per night - $75.00 + tax

A maximum of 10 persons in the Riverfront Home

The Riverfront Home rents on a Friday - Sunday or Sunday to Friday basis. There is a two night minimum in the Riverfront Home.

Our group rates vary depending on the size of your group. Group rates can be accommodations only or can include meals. Meals can be provided for groups of 10 or more. If your group is less than 10, we invite you to make full use of the completely equipped kitchens and create your own meals. For groups choosing to cook their own meals there is a $50 charge per day for use of kitchen.

Group Rates Without Meals
Depending on size of group, our accommodations only range from $71.50 to $82.50 per night, per person including taxes.

Group Rates with 3 Meals per day included.
Depending on size of group, our accommodations including meals range from.

$102.00 to $114.00 per person, per day including taxes.

We can accommodate 38 people in total. Call to book the whole site exclusively for your private getaway.

If a private accommodation is required, the rate is extra and limited depending on group size.

Policy for Groups

• Studio use is for residential classes only.
• A 2 night minimum is required for all groups.
• No refunds for late arrival, early check out or missed meals.
• If you are unable to come but don't cancel then you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
• Anyone smoking in any building will be charged a cleaning fee.
• A $500 site deposit is required for groups.
• If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
• If you cancel anytime up to 60 days prior to check-in date, you will receive a full refund less $25.00 administrative fee.
  If you cancel later than 60 days, a non-refundable one night residential
  fee will be charged for individuals.

Policy's for Overnight Guests

• 48 hrs. notice is required for cancellation of our overnight cabins.
• If you don't cancel with under 48 hours notice, or don't show up, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
• A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
• Anyone smoking in any building will be charged a cleaning fee.

No pets allowed on premises.
